No, your dog will not be kenneled for their complete stay, but if there are physical limitations of pets that may require kennel rest, we will do so at the discretion of the pet owner. There will be outdoor and indoor play groups and activities as well as potty breaks and regular walks.

The dog daycare provides kennels, a grooming area, and a fenced outdoor area with grass.

No, your pet will be walked and cared for throughout the day by daycare staff and student workers, unless you are checking your pet out for your own need.

Yes, we will provide water and lots of treats. If your pet requires meal feedings, we are happy to do so, so long as you supply the appropriate food and your standard feeding guidelines. We will also work with whatever allergies or feeding restrictions your pet may have.

Yes, proof of all current vaccines (DA2P, Lepto, Bordetella, Rabies), a negative fecal from the last 6 months OR 3 rounds of broad spectrum dewormer will be required, as well as flea, tick, and heartworm prevention that has been prescribed by a veterinarian, and dewormer. If your pet is found to have fleas or ticks during its stay, we can provide a flea and tick bath. Flea and tick shampoo is something we offer as a precaution, but any dogs found to have parasites will be bathed and sent home. Dogs with parasites cannot be brought into the facility and will be turned away if they present with any at check-in.

Yes, there are pricing packages with discounts for multiple days.

Yes, we have appointments for just grooming services.

Yes, the option to pay and schedule daycare visits in advance will be available.

Yes, we have each room and group monitored by at least one staff member constantly, and we will send out email and text updates throughout your pet’s stay. 

Yes, we can accommodate special needs within reason. As long as we can determine it will be a safe and positive experience for your pet and our staff, we will take them. Any pets requiring hospital care will not be admitted to daycare.

Yes, we are hoping to offer some level of basic training during our sessions.

The listed owner and/or emergency contact will be contacted immediately. Any incidents resulting in the illness or injury of a pet in the daycare that cannot be treated with basic first aid in the daycare will be taken to the hospital for treatment.  The responsible party for payment for any procedures will be determined on a case-by-case basis. If any injury or illness occurs as a result of the daycare itself, facilities or staff, the daycare will assume responsibility, in which case a claim will need to be filed with risk management by the owner. This will be established depending on the circumstances, always on a case-by-case basis.
