Groupx Class Descriptions

Reformer Pilates

Experience our newest Reformer Pilates offerings including an 8-session Progressive Class series and our single-session Pop-Up Classes, both designed to build core strength, balance, and full-body awareness. Work with a certified instructor to increase your skills and intensity over time, or drop in for a powerful full-body workout. Progressive Classes are $120 for students and $160 for members. Pop-Up Classes are $15 for students and $20 for members. Class times include 6:30–7:20am, 8:00–8:50am, 4:00–4:50pm, 5:00–5:50pm, and 6:00–6:50pm. Space is limited so secure your spot early!

  • Progressive Classes: January 26 - February 26, March 2 - April 2, April 6 - April 30
  • Pop-Up Classes:  January 20, January 21, January 22, January 23, February 13, February 20, February 27, March 6, March 20, March 27, April 10, April 17, April 24

REGISTER For Small Group Training

Faculty/Staff Small Group Training

Take your workouts to the next level with Faculty/Staff Small Group Training! This 4-week program gives you more attention and guidance from our instructors while challenging you to reach your fitness goals. Sessions run from 12:15–12:45 pm. Session 1 registration is January 1 - January 23 , Session 2 registration is January 1 - February 27, and Session 3 registration is January 1 - April 3. Cost is $60 for members and $100 for non members. Space is limited—sign up early to secure your spot!

  • Session 1 Dates: January 20 - February 12
  • Session 2 Dates: February 24 - March 19
  • Session 3 Dates: March 31 - April 23

GroupX Mardi Gras

 Celebrate Mardi Gras with GroupX! Earn beads at each class you take all day on Tuesday, February 10th. No registration is required—just drop in and move with us!

Paddleboard Yoga

Find your balance on the water with Paddleboard Yoga in the Outdoor Shallow Pool! These unique sessions combine yoga poses with the challenge of floating on a paddleboard—perfect for building strength, stability, and focus. Join us on  March 18 & 25, April 1, 8, 15, 22, & 29 at either 6:00–6:45 pm or 7:00–7:45 pm. No registration is required—just drop in and flow!

Black Light Cycling

Join us in the Cycle Studio for Black Light Cycling, a high-energy ride under glowing black lights. Glow sticks are provided, and wearing white or neon colors is encouraged to maximize the experience. Classes run from 7:15–8:00pm on the following dates: January 20, February 11, March 2, and April 16. No registration is required—just drop in and ride with us!

Get Movin'

UREC GroupX classes are lead by a trained instructor who creates an engaging and fun environment in a group setting by designing programs with everyone in mind. GroupX is free to all UREC members, and you just need to show up and sign up in the class. Then all you need to do is get movin' with the community and recharge your soul.

Outdoor Fitness

Outdoor Fitness Classes include Full Body Focus and eXterior Fitness

Yoga
