We are excited to present our 2024 conference, Impact & Innovation: Integrative Approaches to Holistic Health. This conference will educate attendees on emergent, evolving or evidence-based practices on holistic approaches to social work. Sessions will address the physical, mental, social, spiritual, and financial dimensions of health and broaden knowledge regarding the social determinants of health.
