Time Management Track

The Time Management Workshop Track is a series of presentations that provides you with tools to manage your time, energy, and academic responsibilities throughout the semester. Each session offers practical strategies to help you learn to plan effectively, stay organized, maintain focus, and adapt when challenges arise during high stress periods.

This presentation focuses on planning for success by introducing you to key academic resources and platforms. You will learn how to navigate your syllabi, set goals, and create an action plan to manage potential challenges
throughout the semester.
