Public Address System / Presentation Equipment Reservations

The AV team also provides temporary solutions for your public address system needs.  Our team will schedule a time to meet to discuss the event and equipment needed.  We will deliver and set up the equipment, stay for the event if needed, and once the event is over, we will remove the items.   As part of the service, we will configure any technology needed (Projector, laptops, and microphones).  We do not provide the laptop, that will need to be supplied by the person reserving the equipment.

Our goal is to provide a professional presentation experience where all your audio and visual equipment works together harmoniously, creating an environment that enhances collaboration and communication. Our team’s support services are tailored to departmental needs, ensuring that you receive a level of support that aligns perfectly with your department’s requirements. 

If the event is during regular University business hours, and our staff is only needed to set up the equipment there will be no charge. If there is a requirement for our staff to be present for the entire event or if this is an after-hours or weekend event, this will require a charge and will be subject to ITS staff availability. 

How to get support:

Classroom support is offered Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

Conference room support is offered Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
